Description:

Bueno Pneumatic Actuator Ball Valve is one component of a control valve package. It consists of ball valve, pneumatic actuator, open-close positioner and air filter. When the actuator receives a pneumatic signal from the pilot, the pressure pushes up on the actuator diaphragm. This opens the valve and allows process fluid or gas through the valve orifice (in a pressure-open/fail-close set up).

Typically, our pneumatic actuator could accomodate 2-8 bar Double Acting or 3-8 bar Spring Return.

* Temperature Range
   Std. (NBR O-ring) -20°C(-4°F) to 80°C(+178°F)
   Lower Temp. (HNBR O-ring) -40°C(-40°F) to +80°C(178°F)
   High Temp. (Viton O-ring) -15°C(+5°F) to 150°C(300°F)

* The actuator range cansists of 14 sizes, with torques from 9Nm(80in.lbs) to 3.920Nm(34.660in.lbs) at 6 bar(87 psig) air supply.
